Many people adore food full of sugar, and can’t imagine the day without chocolate or sweets. One of these people was Carolyn Hartz aged 70, who 30 years ago decided to eliminate the sugar in her diet. So, Carolyn has been doing this for 30 years to now. Carolyn says that all of us need changes that are positive, and, that if you want to change things to a better degree, you should do something starting from now, adding that is never late for making changes. People who are younger than Carolyn aren’t as fit as her, and a lot of them are crazy about her body.
The fact that Carolyn is aged 70 is unbelievable. An Australian company, whose field of work is producing and selling products which are free from sugar is founded by Carolyn. According to her, most of the women who are aged 50 or more think that is impossible to maintain well their shape and weight. Also, she adds that staying in good shape if you are aged 40 or more is not easy, but that if you work on that you can succeed. It’s a fact that as we grow old our metabolism becomes more slower too, so she suggest to work harder, make healthier choices, as well as to take control.
Carolyn says that awareness about the quantity and the type of food is important, also, she adds that while we eat it’s important to have consciousness of it as well. If we eat without conscious about what we eat, we can become fat. She also suggested to her customers to eat slowly and to enjoy the taste of the food in order to not become overeat.
CHANGE YOUR DIETS AS WELL AS YOUR ATTITUDE
The thing that helped Carolyn’s age is attitude. Carolyn says that is a blessing to live a life and she is always person who is always positive. She is healthy due to her routine as well as her activities such as meditation and gratitude. According to Carolyn, the best decision that she made about her diet is that she eliminated the sugar.
Although Carolyn was addicted to sugar, she successfully avoided it for 28 years. She adds that she keeps herself healthy and maintains her body shape thanks to the elimination of food full of sugar. Also, she adds that she consumes protein, especially in the mornings, and the protein stops cravings. It’s important to say that you can still eat the food you love to, but always choose the right sized healthy portion.
Carolyn has practiced the same care of her skin since she was aged 17. Well, remember that is important to practice activities regularly. She notes that she clean her face and remove her make-up before she goes to bed. Every day, she wears a sunscreen and she never sunbathes. She is also aware of the sun’s damaging effects , she adds that she had a nose’s cancer which was removed when she was 30 years old. Having a quality sleep is also important to her so, sleep she sleeps 8 hours.
BREAK THE HABIT OF COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS
If you compare yourself with someone else, you will be full of negative energy and this energy is bad both for your physical and for mental health. - Never be jealous or angry about your friends’ successes, instead of this enjoy them together. Don’t be fill in negative emotions because they are not good for your well-being
